古陶瓷元素組成分析技術(shù)的對比和應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)和文物鑒賞研究的發(fā)展和相互結(jié)合,越來越多的現(xiàn)代科技手段在古陶瓷科學(xué)研究中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,如古陶瓷的結(jié)構(gòu)、元素組成、元素化學(xué)狀態(tài)、熱學(xué)性質(zhì)、物理性能(密度、氣孔率等)等的分析測試都已成為古陶瓷研究中的重要內(nèi)容,其中古陶瓷的元素組成分析是古陶瓷科技研究的基礎(chǔ),在古陶瓷研究當(dāng)中起著重要的作用,可為研究陶瓷的起源、原材料的種類、產(chǎn)地、燒制工藝的演化以及產(chǎn)品流通等提供相應(yīng)的科學(xué)信息。然而,古陶瓷樣品有著許多和其他樣品不一樣的特點,如樣品的珍貴性,內(nèi)部組成嚴(yán)重不均勻性等;同時,不同的元素組成分析技術(shù)也都有著其自身的特點和適用范圍,所以如何針對古陶瓷樣品的自身特點和具體的研究目標(biāo),正確的選擇和應(yīng)用相應(yīng)的元素組成分析技術(shù)有針對性的進(jìn)行不同種類古陶瓷的準(zhǔn)確定量分析,成為古陶瓷科技研究者所關(guān)注的一個熱點問題。 有鑒于此,本文利用XRF、ICP-AES、濕化學(xué)方法這三種常見的元素組成分析方法對不同類型的典型古陶瓷樣品進(jìn)行測試分析,通過對比分析這幾種方法所能測量的相應(yīng)元素種類、范圍和測試精度以及對樣品的形態(tài)要求和樣品制備的難易度,測試費用和測量用時等方面的優(yōu)缺點,總結(jié)得出了嚴(yán)重非均勻古陶瓷、釉下彩繪瓷、高溫釉和低溫釉瓷所適宜的測試技術(shù)和方法;并通過實驗對比深入探討了上述各方法的最佳測試條件,針對不同種類古陶瓷樣品的特殊性,初步確立了包括制樣方法、測試電壓、測試時間等在內(nèi)的最佳實驗參數(shù)條件。另外,為了利用EDXRF方法準(zhǔn)確定量和無損分析古陶瓷釉層的元素組成,本課題在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,參考古陶瓷物理化學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫中各類古陶瓷瓷釉元素組成的特點,成功燒制成了一套利用Na_2CO_3、MgO、KNO_3等各元素的化合物化學(xué)純?yōu)橹饕系墓盘沾捎詫訜o損分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參考物質(zhì)。這為古陶瓷科技研究中獲取更為準(zhǔn)確和豐富的元素組成信息提供有力的支撐。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development and integration of modern science and technology and cultural relic appreciation research, more and more modern scientific and technological means have been widely used in ancient ceramic science research, such as the structure of ancient ceramics, the composition of elements, the chemical state of elements. The analysis and testing of thermal properties, physical properties (density, porosity, etc.) has become an important content in the research of ancient ceramics, in which the element composition analysis of ancient ceramics is the basis of the scientific and technological research of ancient ceramics. It plays an important role in the research of ancient ceramics. It can provide scientific information for studying the origin of ceramics, the species of raw materials, the origin of raw materials, the evolution of sintering process and the circulation of products. The ancient ceramic samples have many different characteristics from other samples, such as the precious samples, the serious inhomogeneity of the internal composition, etc. At the same time, different element composition analysis techniques also have their own characteristics and applicable scope. Therefore, how to correctly select and apply the corresponding element composition analysis technology to carry out accurate quantitative analysis of different kinds of ancient ceramics according to their own characteristics and specific research objectives, It has become a hot issue that researchers of ancient ceramic science and technology pay close attention to. In view of this, three common methods of element composition analysis, XRF- ICP-AESand wet chemical method, are used to test and analyze different types of typical ancient ceramic samples, and the corresponding elements which can be measured by these methods are compared and analyzed. The scope and precision of the test, the requirements for the shape of the sample, the difficulty in the preparation of the sample, the cost of the test and the time used for the measurement, etc., have been summarized, and the serious inhomogeneous ancient ceramics, underglazed painted porcelain, and so on have been concluded. The suitable testing techniques and methods for high-temperature glaze and low-temperature glazed porcelain are discussed, and the optimum testing conditions of the above methods are discussed deeply through experimental comparison. According to the particularity of different kinds of ancient ceramic samples, the methods of sample preparation are preliminarily established. In addition, in order to accurately quantitative and nondestructive analysis of the element composition of ancient ceramic glaze layer by using EDXRF method, based on the previous studies, Referring to the physical and chemical database of ancient ceramics, the characteristics of the composition of glaze elements of various ancient ceramics, A set of standard reference materials for nondestructive analysis of glaze layer of ancient ceramics was successfully prepared by using the chemical purity of chemical compounds of various elements, such as NaSZ _ 2CO _ 3, MgO _ Kno _ 3 and so on. This is a more accurate and abundant information of element composition obtained in the scientific and technological research of ancient ceramics. Provide strong support.
