【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)注重原真性,在缺乏科學(xué)合理的歷史街區(qū)更新措施的情況下,歷史街區(qū)通常被原封不動地"保留"。通過對常熟市歷史街區(qū)居民的問卷調(diào)查與訪談,發(fā)現(xiàn)由于政府缺乏合適的改造方案,常熟歷史街區(qū)成為城市中的貧困住區(qū),導(dǎo)致居民在社會空間與物質(zhì)空間兩個方面均被邊緣化,成為弱勢群體。在居住者需求和意愿方面,居民對居住環(huán)境改善、市政設(shè)施完善和異地搬遷等具有強(qiáng)烈的改造愿望。因此,認(rèn)為在強(qiáng)調(diào)歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)的同時,也要關(guān)注街區(qū)內(nèi)的民生問題,保障歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)中的社會公平。
[Abstract]:The protection of historical blocks pays attention to the original nature, in the absence of scientific and reasonable historical district renewal measures. The historic district is usually "preserved" intact. Through the questionnaire survey and interview with the residents of Changshu historical district, it is found that the government lacks a suitable reconstruction plan. Changshu historic district has become a poor residential area in the city, resulting in the residents in both social space and material space are marginalized, become a vulnerable group. In terms of residents' needs and wishes, residents improve the living environment. The improvement of municipal facilities and relocation of different places have a strong desire for transformation. Therefore, it is considered that while emphasizing the protection of historical blocks, we should also pay attention to the livelihood of the people in the blocks and ensure the social equity in the protection of historical blocks.
