【摘要】：安陽地區(qū)分布有黃土和黑土兩種古土壤。殷墟陶范、陶模、泥芯的原材料均來自原生黃土。粉砂是制作陶范、陶模、泥芯的理想材料和關(guān)鍵所在。陶范具有高粉砂的特性,陶范中細料范和雙層范的細料層的粉砂含量明顯高出原生黃土的粉砂含量,"洗土去泥(去掉黏土)"來提高陶范的粉砂含量是制作陶范的一道重要工序;而粗料范和雙層范的粗料層的砂含量遠高于黃土的砂含量,這就需要有一個人為加砂的工序。陶模和泥芯的粉砂含量多數(shù)略高于原生黃土的粉砂含量,其原因是在洗土去掉雜質(zhì)的過程中黏土流失造成,非有意提高。陶模的砂含量大多數(shù)接近原生黃土的砂含量;而大部分泥芯的砂含量明顯高于黃土的砂含量,有的還高出多倍,這說明在制作這些泥芯時有一個人為加砂的工序。另,陶范內(nèi)部空洞的成因應(yīng)該是加入了諸如牛糞之類的有機物質(zhì),有機物質(zhì)在焙燒陶范時被燃燒掉形成了空洞。陶范內(nèi)應(yīng)該加入了消石灰,消石灰的作用使粉砂之間粘結(jié)了起來。
[Abstract]:Anyang area distribution of loess and paleosol. The two kinds of black pottery moulds, ceramic mold, raw materials of clay core are from native loess. The fine sand is made of pottery moulds, ceramic mold, ideal material and key core. Characteristics of pottery moulds with high silt, silt layer of fine material Tao Fanzhong fine fan and double fan is significantly higher than that of silt loess, the soil to wash mud (remove clay) to improve the content of silt taofan is an important procedure for making pottery moulds; and the content of coarse sand layer coarse material and double fan fan is much higher than that of sand content loess, which requires a person to the sand process. Silt content of most silt and mud ceramic mold core is slightly higher than that of the original loess, its reason is in the process of washing to remove impurities in the clay soil erosion, sand content increased. Non intentional sand content of pottery patterns most close to native the most core; The sand content was significantly higher than that of sand content of loess, some many times higher, this shows that in the making of these core one for sand process. On the other, taofan void causes should be added to the organic substances such as organic substances such as cow dung, in the baking pottery moulds are burned when forming Tao fan should be empty. Add lime, lime sand powder to make the role of the bond between them.
