【摘要】：2010年,阿姆斯特丹制定了《阿姆斯特丹2040年遠(yuǎn)景規(guī)劃》,確立了阿姆斯特丹要向可持續(xù)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型的基本目標(biāo)與框架。通過細(xì)化切實(shí)可行的政策措施、高效的機(jī)制安排和激勵(lì)社會(huì)各利益相關(guān)方參與的對(duì)話和磋商模式,阿姆斯特丹初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了在空氣凈化、二氧化碳減排、可再生能源使用、鼓勵(lì)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)和創(chuàng)新等方面所規(guī)劃的短期目標(biāo),將阿姆斯特丹打造為宜居的綠色低碳城市。
[Abstract]:In 2010, Amsterdam formulated the Amsterdam Vision 2040, which established the basic goals and framework of Amsterdam's transition to sustainable development. Through the refinement of practical policy measures, efficient institutional arrangements and dialogue and consultation models that stimulate the participation of various stakeholders in society, Amsterdam has initially achieved air purification, carbon dioxide emission reduction and renewable energy use. Encourage short-term goals such as circular economy and innovation to make Amsterdam a livable green and low-carbon city.
