【摘要】：正芬蘭和其他許多國家一樣,擁有文職情報機構(gòu)和軍事情報機構(gòu),二者任務(wù)和方向相互獨立,也有過不少合作。"棱鏡門"事件發(fā)生之后,雖然公眾輿論促使芬蘭情報界向世人展示了其自身的某些情況,但因大部分工作涉及國家安全,故仍然存在較高程度的保密性。芬蘭情報界與歐洲各國情報界都有一定合作,但其以軍事情報為中心的傳統(tǒng)仍以關(guān)注國內(nèi)安全為主。本文介紹了芬蘭的情報機構(gòu),并將其與荷蘭、瑞典的情報機構(gòu)進行了對比。
[Abstract]:Finland, like many other countries, has civilian intelligence agencies and military intelligence units, which are independent of each other in terms of mission and direction, and have had a lot of cooperation. " After the prism gate incident, although public opinion prompted the Finnish intelligence community to show some of its own situation to the world, because most of the work involves national security, there is still a high degree of confidentiality. Finnish intelligence community and European intelligence community have some cooperation, but its tradition of focusing on military intelligence is still focused on internal security. This paper introduces the Finnish intelligence agencies and compares them with those of the Netherlands and Sweden.
