【摘要】：隨著美國從阿富汗撤軍日期的臨近,各國加大了在阿富汗重建中博弈的力度。由于各國在阿的目的不同,利益相異,因此各國在阿戰(zhàn)后重建中的力度也相去甚遠。中國作為阿富汗的重要鄰國,同時也是聯(lián)合國安理會常任理事會,理應在新時期扮演更加重要的角色。除了經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的合作外,同樣作為恐怖活動的受害者,中國更應加強與阿富汗的安全合作,共同打擊恐怖勢力,共同維護地區(qū)和平與穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:As the United States draws near the date of withdrawal from Afghanistan, countries have stepped up the game in the reconstruction of Afghanistan. Different countries have different aims and different interests in Afghanistan, so their efforts to rebuild after the war are very different. As an important neighbor of Afghanistan and a permanent member of the UN Security Council, China should play a more important role in the new era. In addition to economic cooperation, China, as a victim of terrorist activities, should strengthen security cooperation with Afghanistan, jointly combat terrorist forces, and jointly safeguard regional peace and stability.
