【摘要】：日本作為全球主要的毒品消費(fèi)國(guó)之一,在打擊毒品濫用方面較為嚴(yán)厲,禁毒法律法規(guī)比較完善。相比而言,日本禁毒執(zhí)法人員的體制與我國(guó)存在很大不同。日本禁毒執(zhí)法隊(duì)伍受日本厚生勞動(dòng)省管轄,專業(yè)性突出,并具有打擊毒品犯罪、非法藥物搜查、鑒定、宣傳等更加全面的職能。通過(guò)對(duì)日本的禁毒執(zhí)法體制研究為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)禁毒警察提供有益的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:As one of the major drug consuming countries in the world, Japan is strict in combating drug abuse and has perfect laws and regulations on drug control. Comparatively speaking, the system of Japanese drug law enforcement personnel is very different from our country. Japan's drug law enforcement team is under the jurisdiction of Japan's Ministry of Health and Labor, and has a more comprehensive function of cracking down on drug crimes, illegal drug search, identification, propaganda and so on. Through the study of drug law enforcement system in Japan, it provides useful reference and reference for training drug police in our country.
