【摘要】：墨西哥新政府組建以來,強(qiáng)調(diào)進(jìn)行全面的、重大的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)改革,以實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在教育領(lǐng)域,調(diào)整教師評(píng)估和提升制度,提高基礎(chǔ)教育質(zhì)量,恢復(fù)國(guó)家在教育體制中的主導(dǎo)地位。在能源領(lǐng)域,進(jìn)行油氣改革和電力改革,廢除私營(yíng)企業(yè)不得參與石油勘探和開采的禁令,實(shí)行公私共同開采、利潤(rùn)共享模式,對(duì)Pemex進(jìn)行財(cái)政改革、結(jié)構(gòu)改革和機(jī)構(gòu)重組,促進(jìn)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化。在財(cái)政領(lǐng)域,建立更加公正、簡(jiǎn)明、進(jìn)步、透明的稅收制度,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)。涅托執(zhí)政以來,這些改革都取得了一些進(jìn)展,但也遇到了不少問題和挑戰(zhàn)。墨西哥的改革任重道遠(yuǎn),決不會(huì)是一帆風(fēng)順的。
[Abstract]:Since the formation of the new Mexican government, the emphasis has been placed on comprehensive, major political, economic and social reforms to achieve sustainable development of the country. In the field of education, we should adjust the system of teacher evaluation and promotion, improve the quality of basic education, and restore the leading position of the state in the educational system. In the field of energy, oil and gas reform and electric power reform should be carried out, the ban on private enterprises not to participate in oil exploration and exploitation should be abolished, public and private joint exploitation, profit-sharing mode, Pemex fiscal reform, structural reform and institutional reorganization should be abolished. To promote the modernization of the energy industry. In the fiscal sector, build a more fair, concise, progressive, transparent tax system to promote economic growth. Since Nieto took office, these reforms have made some progress, but also encountered many problems and challenges. Mexico has a long way to go to reform, and it will never be easy.
