【摘要】：2011年，埃及爆發(fā)大規(guī)模的示威游行活動，并演變?yōu)槿珖缘尿}亂，最終推翻了穆巴拉克的統治�；仡櫚＜皻v史，不難發(fā)現，長期以來，埃及都存在著政治不穩(wěn)定的隱患。研究埃及的政治穩(wěn)定問題，對于阿拉伯世界及其他轉型國家具有很強的現實意義。 本文通過梳理埃及的現代化歷程，發(fā)現埃及的政治現代化遠遠滯后與經濟和社會現代化，政治系統無法承受現代化帶來的壓力，引發(fā)了一系列政治、經濟和社會問題，構成了對政治穩(wěn)定的挑戰(zhàn)。民眾對政府從失望到憤怒，最終導致了埃及政治秩序的崩潰。此外，外部因素對埃及的群眾性運動也起到了助推的作用，催化了矛盾的爆發(fā)。 文章主體共分為四個部分。第一部分界定了文章涉及的基本概念，從理論上探討了現代化對政治穩(wěn)定帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。第二部分對埃及的現代化歷程進行梳理，可以看出，埃及的現代化積淀深厚，但政治的發(fā)展滯后于經濟和社會的發(fā)展。第三部分從內外兩大方面探討了導致埃及政治不穩(wěn)定以及此次埃及劇變爆發(fā)的原因，可以看出埃及的政治動蕩很大程度上是現代化進程中未能解決的一系列政治、經濟和社會矛盾在外部環(huán)境的催化下的爆發(fā)。第四部分對埃及的發(fā)展前景簡單地作了一個展望，，并總結出幾點啟示。
[Abstract]:In 2011, mass demonstrations broke out in Egypt and turned into national riots, eventually toppling Mubarak's rule. Looking back at Egypt's history, it is not difficult to find that Egypt has long been a hidden danger of political instability. The study of Egypt's political stability is of great practical significance to the Arab world and other countries in transition. By combing the course of Egypt's modernization, this paper finds that the political modernization of Egypt lags far behind the modernization of economy and society, and the political system cannot bear the pressure of modernization, which has caused a series of political, economic and social problems. It poses a challenge to political stability. Public frustration with the government to anger led to the collapse of Egypt's political order. In addition, external factors also contributed to the mass movement in Egypt, catalyzing the outbreak of contradictions. The main body of the article is divided into four parts. The first part defines the basic concepts involved in the article and theoretically discusses the challenges to political stability brought by modernization. The second part combs the course of Egypt's modernization, we can see that Egypt's modernization accumulation is deep, but the political development lags behind the economic and social development. The third part discusses the causes of Egypt's political instability and the outbreak of the Egyptian upheaval from both internal and external aspects. It can be seen that Egypt's political instability is to a large extent a series of politics that cannot be resolved in the course of modernization. The outbreak of economic and social contradictions under the catalysis of the external environment. The fourth part makes a brief prospect of Egypt's development, and summarizes some enlightenments.
