【摘要】：正美國"深層國家"即美國國家安全權(quán)勢集團,其核心是情報部門、國防部和國務(wù)院等政府機構(gòu),也涉及情報和國防承包商、華爾街、硅谷等外圍集團。美國"深層國家"起源于冷戰(zhàn)初期,在國家安全政策方面具有較一致的觀念和利益,很大程度上不受民選領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的影響和監(jiān)管。特朗普就職以來已與它產(chǎn)生不少矛盾,施政受到嚴重制約�？疾焯乩势照奈磥戆l(fā)展,需認真評估兩者之間的矛盾以及對特朗普"通俄門"的調(diào)查。
[Abstract]:The core of the "deep state" of the United States is the intelligence services, the Department of Defense, the State Department and other government agencies, as well as intelligence and defense contractors, Wall Street, Silicon Valley and other peripheral groups. The "deep state" of the United States originated at the beginning of the Cold War and has a relatively consistent concept and interests in the national security policy, and to a great extent it is not influenced and supervised by elected leaders. Trump has had a lot of contradictions with it since he took office, and his administration has been severely constrained. Examining the future of the Trump administration requires a careful assessment of the contradictions between the two and the investigation of Trump's "Russia."
