【摘要】：家庭支持政策可通過減緩或消除殘疾兒童及其家庭成員的心理負(fù)擔(dān)及經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)達(dá)到促進(jìn)殘疾兒童更好生存和發(fā)展的目的。通過實(shí)施系列法律保障下的政策措施,韓國殘疾兒童家庭支持逐漸向國家與社會分擔(dān)家庭功能的方向演變。韓國殘疾兒童家庭支持政策主要由收入支持、醫(yī)療康復(fù)支持、教育支持等間接家庭支持和殘疾人活動支持、家庭養(yǎng)育支持、父母心理咨詢服務(wù)支持等直接支持構(gòu)成。中國同樣面臨照料、福利主體和服務(wù)等殘疾兒童相關(guān)問題,希冀通過韓國殘疾兒童家庭支持政策的演變對中國殘疾兒童家庭支持政策和實(shí)踐有所啟示。
[Abstract]:Family support policy can promote the better survival and development of children with disabilities by reducing or eliminating the psychological and economic burdens of children with disabilities and their family members. Through the implementation of policy measures under the protection of a series of laws, the family support of Korean disabled children gradually evolves in the direction of sharing family functions between the state and society. The family support policy for disabled children in Korea mainly consists of income support, medical rehabilitation support, education support and other indirect family support and activities support, family rearing support, parents psychological counseling service support and other direct support. China is also faced with problems related to disabled children, such as care, welfare subjects and services. It is hoped that the evolution of family support policy for disabled children in Korea will enlighten the policy and practice of family support for disabled children in China.
