后冷戰(zhàn)時代國際沖突探源

【摘要】： 國際沖突是國際政治實體之間矛盾尖銳化的產(chǎn)物，，是矛盾各方為 謀求自身利益或?qū)崿F(xiàn)特定政策目標(biāo)而發(fā)生摩擦、對抗和爭斗的局面。 只要有國家存在，國際沖突就不會消失。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后，國際沖突呈現(xiàn) 出一些新趨勢和特征，其動因也與冷戰(zhàn)時代有了較大變化，對此的研 究，不容忽視。 本文主要分三大部分。第一部分寫國際沖突的含義、趨勢和特 征。第二部分為重點，詳細(xì)闡述后冷戰(zhàn)時代國際沖突的三大類動因： 1．冷戰(zhàn)時代和后冷戰(zhàn)時代都很重要的原因，如國家利益、霸權(quán)主義 等；2．冷戰(zhàn)時代的主要原因演化為后冷戰(zhàn)時代的次要原因，如意識形 態(tài)等；3．冷戰(zhàn)時代潛伏后冷戰(zhàn)時代凸顯的原因，如民族主義的爆發(fā)、 不同文明間的競爭等。第三部分寫我國在后冷戰(zhàn)時代所應(yīng)持的對策， 分別為：1．積極促進(jìn)解決國際沖突有效機制的建立；2．加快經(jīng)濟發(fā) 展，提高綜合國力；3．妥善處理民族問題，加強民族團結(jié)；4．盡早而 慎重解決重大內(nèi)部事務(wù)。
[Abstract]:International conflict is the product of sharp contradiction between international political entities. It is a situation in which all parties in contradiction have frictions, confrontations and struggles in order to seek their own interests or to achieve a specific policy goal. As long as there are States, international conflicts will not disappear. Since the end of the Cold War, international conflicts have shown some new trends and characteristics, and their causes have changed greatly with the Cold War era. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the meaning, trend and characteristics of international conflict. The second part focuses on the three major causes of international conflict in the post-Cold War era: 1. The reasons for the importance of the Cold War era and the post-Cold War era, such as national interests, Hegemonism; 2. The main causes of the Cold War era have evolved into the secondary causes of the post-Cold War era, such as the form of consciousness; 3. The reasons for the latent post-cold war era, such as the outbreak of nationalism and the competition among different civilizations. The third part describes the countermeasures that our country should take in the post-Cold War era, which are as follows: 1. Actively promoting the establishment of an effective mechanism for the settlement of international conflicts; 2. Speed up economic development to improve comprehensive national strength; 3. Properly handle ethnic problems and strengthen national unity; 4. Resolve major internal affairs as soon as possible and prudently.
