【摘要】：拉丁美洲政治中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,不僅僅是事關(guān)發(fā)展、增長(zhǎng)或環(huán)境的爭(zhēng)論,更是事關(guān)文明進(jìn)程本身的一場(chǎng)意義深遠(yuǎn)的爭(zhēng)論。阿根廷馬克思主義學(xué)者阿蒂略·波隆的著作《帝國(guó)主義地緣政治中的拉丁美洲》詳細(xì)分析了拉丁美洲的戰(zhàn)略部署對(duì)美國(guó)的重要性以及對(duì)左翼政府和進(jìn)步社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)造成的挑戰(zhàn),在拉丁美洲引起了巨大反響。作者認(rèn)為拉丁美洲基于其文化傳統(tǒng)提出"好生活"的發(fā)展理念是對(duì)占統(tǒng)治地位的傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展觀念提出了挑戰(zhàn),需要對(duì)好生活理念在單一城市中存在的問(wèn)題以及好生活、生態(tài)主義與后資本主義社會(huì)關(guān)系問(wèn)題進(jìn)行思考。在此基礎(chǔ)上,作者以拉丁美洲的實(shí)際案例辨析了榨取主義與發(fā)展主義的區(qū)別。
[Abstract]:The problems in Latin American politics are not only about development, growth or the environment, but also about the process of civilization itself. In his book Latin America in imperialist geopolitics, the Argentine Marxist scholar Artillo Bologne analyzes in detail the importance of the strategic deployment of Latin America to the United States, as well as the challenges to left-wing governments and progressive social movements. In Latin America, the response was enormous. The author believes that the concept of "good life" proposed by Latin America based on its cultural tradition is a challenge to the dominant traditional concept of development, and needs to address the problems existing in the concept of good life in a single city and the problem of good life. Ecologism and post-capitalist social relations are considered. On this basis, the author distinguishes the difference between squeezing doctrine and developmentism by the actual case of Latin America.
