【摘要】：正在保守主義和改革派思潮的共同作用下,"安倍體制"借內(nèi)閣改組得以確立。現(xiàn)在修憲是"安倍體制"劃定的階段性目標(biāo),在野黨不能改變,公明黨不能改變,天皇退位也不能改變。隨著首相官邸8月4日公布新內(nèi)閣成員名單,"第三屆安倍內(nèi)閣"成立兩年來的又一次內(nèi)閣改組宣告完成。根據(jù)日經(jīng)新聞網(wǎng)的民調(diào)數(shù)據(jù),內(nèi)閣改組一周后,安倍支持率達(dá)到58%,與5月和7月下旬調(diào)查時(shí)的水平相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Under the joint action of conservatism and reformist thought, Abe system was established by cabinet reshuffle. The constitutional amendment is now a phased goal of the "Abe system." the opposition parties cannot change, the Komeito Party cannot, and the emperor's abdication cannot be changed. With the announcement of the new cabinet on August 4, another cabinet reshuffle in the two years of the third Abe Cabinet has been completed. A week after the cabinet reshuffle, Abe's approval rating reached 58, the same level as in May and late July, according to opinion polls by Nikkei News.
