【摘要】：1821年墨西哥獨立后進行了兩次較系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)代化努力,即19世紀末至20世紀初迪亞斯在"秩序與進步"的口號下進行的現(xiàn)代化運動和20世紀30年代至70年代革命制度黨政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的進口替代工業(yè)化進程。這兩次現(xiàn)代化運動盡管對墨西哥的發(fā)展和工業(yè)化起到了重要作用,但未能真正實現(xiàn)其現(xiàn)代化的目標。墨西哥是重要的發(fā)展中大國,對其歷史上經(jīng)歷的兩次現(xiàn)代化進程的模式、路徑和得失加以分析有助于得出一些對于我國當前發(fā)展具有借鑒意義的啟示。
[Abstract]:After its independence in 1821, Mexico made two more systematic efforts to modernize, That is, the modernization movement carried out by Diaz under the slogan of "order and progress" from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century, and the process of import substitution industrialization led by the Party of the Revolutionary system from the 1930s to the 1970s. Although these two modernizations played an important role in the development and industrialization of Mexico, they failed to realize the goal of modernization. Mexico is an important developing country. It is helpful to analyze the mode, path and gain and loss of the two modernizations in its history.
