朝鮮半島統(tǒng)一模式略議

【摘要】：本文首先分析了二戰(zhàn)后民族分裂國家的定義、特點、以及統(tǒng)一標(biāo)志，創(chuàng)造性的提出了該類民族分裂國家在統(tǒng)一進(jìn)程中可能出現(xiàn)的六種模式——社會主義國家戰(zhàn)勝資本主義國家的武力統(tǒng)一模式、資本主義國家戰(zhàn)勝社會主義國家的武力統(tǒng)一模式、社會主義國家吸納資本主義國家的吸收統(tǒng)一模式、資本主義國家吸納社會主義國家的吸收統(tǒng)一模式、雙方先政治后經(jīng)濟(jì)的一體化統(tǒng)一模式、雙方先經(jīng)濟(jì)后政治的一體化統(tǒng)一模式。接著文章運用了“系統(tǒng)控制論”原理，指出影響“民族分裂國家統(tǒng)一模式”這一系統(tǒng)有三個關(guān)鍵性要素：即“系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部因素”、“系統(tǒng)外部因素”、“系統(tǒng)的決策——統(tǒng)一模式的選擇”。 隨后，本文將民族分裂國家統(tǒng)一模式的理論運用于“朝鮮半島統(tǒng)一問題”的分析。就影響朝鮮半島統(tǒng)一模式的內(nèi)部因素、外部因素和系統(tǒng)決策三要素展開討論。在“內(nèi)部因素”一章中，文章闡明了朝鮮與韓國的國情國力、以及雙方歷來的統(tǒng)一政策模式。在“外部因素”一章中，本文分析了朝鮮半島在大國爭斗中的地緣戰(zhàn)略意義、以及美中日俄四國在朝鮮半島的綜合安全利益。在“系統(tǒng)決策——模式的選擇”這一全文重點章節(jié)中，文章討論朝鮮半島統(tǒng)一進(jìn)程中的六類統(tǒng)一模式——朝鮮戰(zhàn)勝韓國的武力統(tǒng)一模式、韓國戰(zhàn)勝朝鮮的武力統(tǒng)一模式、朝鮮吸納韓國的吸收統(tǒng)一模式、韓國吸納朝鮮的吸收統(tǒng)一模式、朝韓先政治后經(jīng)濟(jì)的一體化統(tǒng)一模式、朝韓先經(jīng)濟(jì)后政治的一體化統(tǒng)一模式，并著力探討朝、韓、美、中、日、俄六方在各個統(tǒng)一模式中的不同利益博弈。 通過對朝鮮半島各種統(tǒng)一模式的比較，，本文旨在說明“先經(jīng)濟(jì)后政治的一體化統(tǒng)一模式”是朝鮮半島的最佳統(tǒng)一模式，并嘗試對朝鮮半島的統(tǒng)一原則、以及中國在該進(jìn)程中的政策選擇提出有益的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the definition, characteristics, and unified symbol of a divided nation after World War II. Creatively put forward six kinds of models that may appear in the process of unification of this kind of national splittist countries-the unification mode of the socialist country over the capitalist country, the unification mode of the capitalist country conquering the socialist country, the mode of the capitalist country defeating the socialist country. The absorption and unification model of the socialist countries absorbing the capitalist countries, the absorption and unification model of the capitalist countries absorbing the socialist countries, the integration model of the two sides being political and then economic, The economic and political integration of the two sides of the unified model. Then the paper applies the principle of "system cybernetics", and points out that there are three key elements in the system: "system internal factor" and "system external factor". System decision-the Choice of Unified Model. Then, this paper applies the theory of national split national unification model to the analysis of Korean Peninsula reunification. This paper discusses the internal factors, external factors and system decision factors affecting the reunification model of the Korean Peninsula. In the chapter of "Internal factors", the paper expounds the national conditions of North Korea and South Korea, and the unification policy model of both sides. In the chapter of "external factors", this paper analyzes the geostrategic significance of the Korean Peninsula in the struggle of great powers, and the comprehensive security interests of the four countries of the United States, China, Japan and Russia in the Korean Peninsula. In the key chapter of "system Decision-Making-Mode selection", the article discusses the six kinds of reunification models in the process of Korean peninsula reunification, namely, the military reunification mode of Korea over South Korea, and the military reunification mode of South Korea victory over North Korea. North Korea absorbs South Korea's absorption reunification model, South Korea absorbs North Korea's absorption reunification model, North Korea absorbs Korea's integration reunification model of politics after economy, and North Korea's first economy after politics's integration reunification model, and focuses on the DPRK, South Korea, the United States, China, Japan, Russia's six parties in each unified model of different interests of the game. Through the comparison of various reunification models on the Korean Peninsula, this paper aims to show that "the unification model of economy before politics" is the best unification model of the Korean Peninsula, and try to unify the principle of the Korean Peninsula. And China's policy options in the process put forward useful suggestions.
