歐洲民族主義與歐洲一體化

【摘要】：本文以歐洲民族主義與歐洲一體化關(guān)系為研究對(duì)象,著重分析了歐洲民族主義對(duì)歐洲一體化及歐洲一體化對(duì)歐洲民族主義相互影響的原因與途徑。主要討論了三個(gè)問題：第一,什么是歐洲民族主義?第二,歐洲民族主義怎樣影響歐洲一體化及歐洲一體化對(duì)歐洲民族主義有哪些影響?第三,歐洲民族主義的未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及其影響下的歐洲一體化未來走向如何? 首先,通過對(duì)歐洲民族主義產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展的分析,確定了什么是歐洲民族主義,探討了影響歐洲民族主義的兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素：民族認(rèn)同與民族利益優(yōu)化觀念。 其次,介紹了歐洲一體化的啟動(dòng)原因之一是歐洲民族主義不斷變化與發(fā)展造成的。歐洲民族主義興起導(dǎo)致歐洲民族國家的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和沖突,歐洲民族主義向極端方向發(fā)展,給歐洲社會(huì)的發(fā)展帶來了不利影響,從而使得歐洲人不得不思考?xì)W洲如何實(shí)現(xiàn)和平問題,促進(jìn)了和平的泛歐思想產(chǎn)生、豐富和發(fā)展,為歐洲一體化的啟動(dòng)提供了思想基礎(chǔ)。二戰(zhàn)后,在歐洲極端民族主義不斷弱化且民族主義朝進(jìn)步方向不斷發(fā)展的影響下,歐洲一體化終得以啟動(dòng)。 第三,闡明了戰(zhàn)后歐洲國家民族主義成為歐洲社會(huì)的主要觀念,并由于國家民族主義對(duì)歐洲一體化的積極作用越來越突出,使得剛起步的一體化能夠向前邁出更大的步伐。但是,由于國家民族主義中“原生性”特征仍然存在,使得歐洲一體化進(jìn)程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)狹隘民族主義的不利影響,從而阻礙歐洲一體化的發(fā)展。解決狹隘民族主義問題便成為歐洲一體化進(jìn)程的重要任務(wù)。不過,從某種意義上說,歐洲一體化最終能繼續(xù)向前發(fā)展正是狹隘民族主義問題得以解決的結(jié)果。 第四,文章接著討論了歐洲一體化對(duì)歐洲民族主義的影響。人們?cè)谡劦綒W洲、共同體、歐盟等概念時(shí),總是會(huì)把他們當(dāng)著一個(gè)整體對(duì)象來理解,這是歐洲一體化進(jìn)程使人們已經(jīng)逐漸形成了整體觀念的結(jié)果。在歐洲一體化進(jìn)程中,影響歐洲民族主義關(guān)鍵因素中的民族認(rèn)同會(huì)發(fā)生變化,即從原來的本民族或本國家認(rèn)同擴(kuò)展到歐洲認(rèn)同層次；從影響歐洲民族主義的關(guān)鍵因素民族利益優(yōu)化觀念來說,由于一體化使得歐盟各成員國的利益著實(shí)得到了優(yōu)化,于是合作觀念不斷增強(qiáng),從而使得歐洲民族主義也發(fā)生變化,變化的方向是歐洲聚合性民族主義。 最后,本文分析了歐洲民族主義發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及對(duì)歐洲一體化前景的影響。由于歐洲聚合性民族主義發(fā)展呈強(qiáng)化趨勢(shì),決定了歐洲一體化總體上將不斷向前推進(jìn)。不過,在一體化不斷深化和發(fā)展的同時(shí),狹隘的國家民族主義仍將長(zhǎng)期存在,從而決定了一體化注定不會(huì)是一帆風(fēng)順的。 文章的結(jié)論是歐洲民族主義對(duì)歐洲一體化的啟動(dòng)、發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響,并最終決定著歐洲一體化的未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。在歐洲國家民族主義不斷向聚合性民族主義發(fā)展的同時(shí),歐洲一體化也不斷向前推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Taking the relationship between European nationalism and European integration as the object of study, this paper focuses on the causes and approaches of the influence of European nationalism on European integration and European integration on European nationalism. First, what is European nationalism? Second, how does European nationalism affect European integration and what impact does European integration have on European nationalism? Third, what is the future development trend of European nationalism and the future trend of European integration under its influence? Firstly, through the analysis of the emergence and development of European nationalism, this paper determines what is European nationalism, and probes into two key factors that influence European nationalism: national identity and the idea of optimizing national interests. Secondly, it introduces that one of the reasons for the initiation of European integration is the constant change and development of European nationalism. The rise of European nationalism led to the competition and conflict of European nation-states, and the European nationalism developed in an extreme direction, which had a negative impact on the development of European society, so that Europeans had to think about how to achieve peace in Europe. It promotes the emergence, enrichment and development of peaceful pan-European ideas, and provides the ideological basis for the start of European integration. After World War II, European integration finally started under the influence of the weakening of extreme nationalism and the progressive trend of nationalism in Europe. Thirdly, it clarifies that the nationalism of European countries became the main idea of European society after the war, and because the positive effect of national nationalism on European integration is more and more prominent, the newly started integration can take a greater step forward. However, due to the existence of "original" characteristics in national nationalism, the negative influence of narrow nationalism will occur in the process of European integration, thus hindering the development of European integration. The resolution of narrow nationalism has become an important task in the process of European integration. In a sense, however, the eventual continuation of European integration is the result of the resolution of narrow nationalism. Fourth, the article then discusses the impact of European integration on European nationalism. When people talk about the concepts of Europe, Community and European Union, they are always understood as a whole, which is the result of the process of European integration which has gradually formed the concept of the whole. In the process of European integration, the national identity, which affects the key factors of European nationalism, will change, that is, from the original national or national identity to the European identity level; From the point of view of the key factor affecting European nationalism, the idea of optimizing national interests, because of the integration, the interests of the member states of the European Union have really been optimized, so the concept of cooperation has been constantly strengthened, thus making the European nationalism also change. The direction of change is Europe's polymeric nationalism. Finally, this paper analyzes the trend of European nationalism and its influence on the prospect of European integration. Because of the strengthening trend of European polymeric nationalism, European integration will continue to move forward on the whole. However, while the integration continues to deepen and develop, narrow national nationalism will still exist for a long time, which determines that integration is not destined to be smooth sailing. The conclusion is that European nationalism has a great influence on the development of European integration and ultimately determines the future development trend of European integration. With the development of nationalism from European countries to convergent nationalism, European integration is also advancing.

With the development of nationalism from European countries to convergent nationalism, European integration is also advancing.
