[Abstract]:Philippine President Robert Duterte, the enigmatic man who drew international attention this summer, can be described as "making headlines at the start of his mouth." Not only does he often "laugh and scold", but even those who Obama calls "colorful" dare to "take an unusual path" in domestic and foreign affairs, which could have a major impact on the Philippines' own development, regional peace and stability. Duterte, a skilful politician, was born March 28, 1945, aged 71, under the full name of Roa Duterte, Rodrigo (Roddy). Among them, Duterte is the father's surname, Roa is the mother's surname, and Rodrigo is the mother's surname.
