【摘要】：菲律賓南部遭受大規(guī)模有組織的恐怖襲擊讓世界驚愕不已。此次恐怖襲擊具有民族分離組織與恐怖極端組織合流的典型特征,同時也具有武裝叛亂的特點,其背后的根源不僅與菲律賓長期存在的摩洛問題密切相關(guān),同時也是"伊斯蘭國"從中東向東南亞滲透和擴散的產(chǎn)物,值得有關(guān)國家高度重視和深入研究。
[Abstract]:The world was dismayed by the massive organized terrorist attacks on the south of the Philippines. This terrorist attack has the typical characteristics of the confluence of ethnic separatist organizations and terrorist extremist organizations, as well as the characteristics of armed rebellion. The root causes behind this terrorist attack are not only closely related to the long-standing problem of Moro in the Philippines, It is also the product of the infiltration and diffusion of the Islamic State from the Middle East to Southeast Asia.
