原發(fā)性妄想和印度的社會政治環(huán)境——一例病例報(bào)告和簡短綜述（英文）

【摘要】：妄想一直是精神科研究的一個(gè)中心主題,研究涉及其病因、發(fā)病機(jī)制、診斷、治療和司法精神病學(xué)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。許多精神科醫(yī)生似乎對其中的原發(fā)性妄想尤為感興趣。妄想的內(nèi)容一直是文化精神病學(xué)感興趣的領(lǐng)域。我們試圖探討原發(fā)性妄想的不同方面,試圖解釋在印度這樣的國家中文化和社會政治環(huán)境如何決定原發(fā)性妄想的形成并影響其精神病理學(xué)。
[Abstract]:Delusion has been a central theme of psychiatry research on its etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and judicial psychiatry. Many psychiatrists seem to be particularly interested in primary delusions. The content of delusion has always been an area of interest to cultural psychiatry. We try to explore different aspects of primary delusion and explain how the cultural and socio-political environment in a country like India determines the formation of primary delusion and influences its psychopathology.
