論“波茨坦敕令”與普魯士的近代崛起

【摘要】：以"波茨坦敕令"為核心的移民政策是大選帝侯腓特烈·威廉人口政策、經濟政策、外交和宗教政策等政策群的關鍵結點。"波茨坦敕令"頒布與實施促進了普魯士人口的增加、經濟的恢復與繁榮,以及穩(wěn)定的外交和宗教政策的形成,政策效果持續(xù)到19世紀。作為政治遺產,"波茨坦敕令"所體現(xiàn)的執(zhí)政理念和政策導向為此后君主繼承和發(fā)展,成為普魯士近代崛起的主要原因之一。
[Abstract]:Immigration policy at the core of the Potsdam decree is a key node in the population policy, economic policy, foreign and religious policy of Frederick William, the general election leader. " The promulgation and implementation of the Potsdam decree promoted the growth of the Prussian population, the recovery and prosperity of the economy, and the formation of stable foreign and religious policies, the effects of which continued into the 19th century. As a political heritage, the ruling ideas and policies embodied in the Potsdam decree were inherited and developed by the monarch and became one of the main reasons for the rise of Prussia in modern times.
