【摘要】：正焦慮分為焦慮癥和社會(huì)焦慮,前者屬于醫(yī)學(xué)范疇的個(gè)體焦慮,后者屬于社會(huì)學(xué)與社會(huì)心理學(xué)范疇的群體焦慮。焦慮癥往往伴隨著個(gè)人身體上、心理上、甚至神經(jīng)上的種種反應(yīng),需要就醫(yī)治療。社會(huì)焦慮則是一種因社會(huì)不公、正義不張、溝通不暢等因素而導(dǎo)致的社會(huì)心理疾病,表現(xiàn)為群體的緊張不安、心神不定、騷動(dòng)不安,需要社會(huì)共同破解。
[Abstract]:Positive anxiety is divided into anxiety disorder and social anxiety, the former belongs to individual anxiety in medical category and the latter belongs to group anxiety in sociology and social psychology. Anxiety disorders are often accompanied by individual physical, psychological, and even neurological reactions that require medical treatment. Social anxiety is a kind of social psychological disease caused by social injustice, lack of justice and poor communication, which is characterized by group nervousness, restlessness and agitation, which need to be solved by society.
