【摘要】：斯里蘭卡內(nèi)戰(zhàn)長(zhǎng)達(dá)30年,其內(nèi)戰(zhàn)由民族問題引起。內(nèi)戰(zhàn)后斯里蘭卡民族和解措施有以下幾個(gè)方面:在思想意識(shí)形態(tài)上,總統(tǒng)倡導(dǎo)民族團(tuán)結(jié)、各宗教和平共處。2012年斯里蘭卡啟動(dòng)一個(gè)10年計(jì)劃,使斯里蘭卡成為一個(gè)人人通曉三種語言的國家;積極改造前猛虎組織成員,使他們重新回歸社會(huì)、開始新生活;難民安置和掃雷工程卓有成效。這些和解措施對(duì)斯里蘭卡政治經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了很大的影響,安定的政治局面有力地回應(yīng)了西方借斯戰(zhàn)后違反人權(quán)而進(jìn)行的干涉。政局穩(wěn)定、國內(nèi)和平與和諧大大促進(jìn)了戰(zhàn)后斯里蘭卡的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Sri Lanka's civil war lasted 30 years, and its civil war was caused by ethnic problems. The measures of national reconciliation in Sri Lanka after the civil war have the following aspects: ideologically, the President advocates national unity and peaceful coexistence among religions. Sri Lanka launched a 10-year plan in 2012. To make Sri Lanka a country where everyone knows three languages; actively rehabilitate former LTTE members, reintegrate them into society and start a new life; and effective refugee resettlement and mine-clearance projects. These reconciliations have had a significant impact on Sri Lanka's political economy, which has responded powerfully to Western interference in postwar human rights violations. Political stability, domestic peace and harmony greatly promoted the economic development of post-war Sri Lanka.
