【摘要】：人口老齡化是歐洲面臨的最嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)之一。歐盟將創(chuàng)新作為應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化問(wèn)題的重要抓手,努力將潛在"社會(huì)負(fù)擔(dān)"轉(zhuǎn)化為"銀色機(jī)遇",但相關(guān)研究創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)尚存瓶頸。2011年,作為《歐洲2020戰(zhàn)略》重要組成部分,歐委會(huì)在"創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟"框架下啟動(dòng)"歐洲積極和健康的老齡化創(chuàng)新伙伴關(guān)系計(jì)劃",明確了歐盟未來(lái)十年老齡化研究路線圖,積極應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Ageing is one of the most serious challenges facing Europe. The EU regards innovation as an important part of dealing with the problem of aging, and strives to turn the potential "social burden" into "silver opportunity", but the related research and innovation activities remain bottlenecks. 2011, as an important part of the European 2020 Strategy, Under the framework of the "Innovation Alliance", the European Commission launched the "European Partnership for active and healthy Aging Innovation", which defines the road map for the EU's research on ageing in the next decade and actively addresses the trend of ageing.
