【摘要】：俄羅斯行政區(qū)劃的特點(diǎn)在于:位于亞洲的自治共和國(guó)的領(lǐng)土面積遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于位于歐洲的自治共和國(guó)的領(lǐng)土面積,由21個(gè)自治共和國(guó)組成了6個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的自治共和國(guó)地區(qū)。邊疆區(qū)的特點(diǎn)是面積最大的5個(gè)邊疆區(qū)都位于亞洲,9個(gè)邊疆區(qū)中有4個(gè)邊疆區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)自治州。俄羅斯行政區(qū)劃中的邊疆區(qū)或兩兩相連,或與別國(guó)接壤,或?yàn)l臨海洋。通過(guò)邊疆區(qū)的設(shè)置,使俄羅斯從東南西北各個(gè)方面溝通世界四大洋,這符合俄羅斯作為海上大國(guó)的特點(diǎn)。俄羅斯南部的黑海和亞述海向南經(jīng)蘇伊士運(yùn)河,過(guò)紅海通向印度洋,這一點(diǎn)往往被教科書(shū)所忽略。了解俄羅斯的行政區(qū)劃、地理位置,有助于俄羅斯研究向深層次發(fā)展,同時(shí),也為我國(guó)的科學(xué)發(fā)展、和諧發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The characteristic of Russian administrative division is that the territory area of the autonomous republic in Asia is much larger than that of the autonomous republic in Europe, and there are 6 relatively independent autonomous republics made up of 21 autonomous republics. The five largest territories are all located in Asia, and four of the 9 territories have autonomous states. The territory of Russia, bordered by another country, or bordered by the sea. Through the establishment of the frontier, Russia communicates the four oceans of the world from every aspect of east, south, west and west, which accords with the characteristics of Russia as a sea power. The Black Sea and Assyrian Sea in southern Russia run south along the Suez Canal and across the Red Sea to the Indian Ocean, which is often overlooked in textbooks. Understanding the administrative division and geographical location of Russia is helpful to the further development of Russian research, and also provides reference for the scientific development and harmonious development of our country.
