【摘要】：2013年日本《防衛(wèi)大綱》展示了安倍政權(quán)在安全領(lǐng)域的基本主張,是安倍政府對(duì)日本國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略的具體規(guī)劃。對(duì)2013年日本《防衛(wèi)大綱》進(jìn)行解讀,是就安倍出任日本首相后日本國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略的詮釋,亦顯現(xiàn)出日本對(duì)周邊安全事務(wù)進(jìn)行參與的主導(dǎo)觀念。結(jié)合日本周邊安全演變態(tài)勢(shì)的評(píng)估,得出日本《防衛(wèi)大綱》的變化未必適用這一態(tài)勢(shì)演變的客觀需求。隨著日本國(guó)防主導(dǎo)觀念與周邊安全客觀需求之間的脫節(jié),日本將逐漸陷入到其周邊安全事務(wù)的困境之中。
[Abstract]:Japan's Defense outline in 2013 shows the basic ideas of Abe's regime in the field of security, and it is the specific plan of Abe's government for Japan's national defense strategy. The interpretation of Japan's Defense outline in 2013 is an interpretation of Japan's defense strategy after Abe became prime minister, and also shows the dominant concept of Japan's participation in peripheral security issues. Based on the assessment of the security evolution situation around Japan, it is concluded that the change of Japan's Defense outline may not be applicable to the objective demand of the evolution of this situation. With the disconnection between Japan's national defense dominant concept and the objective needs of peripheral security, Japan will gradually fall into the dilemma of its peripheral security affairs.
