【摘要】：對美國50個州政府門戶網(wǎng)站信息資源建設以及信息服務的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析,提出對我國政府網(wǎng)站信息資源建設與服務的一些啟示,包括以用戶需求為中心,注重網(wǎng)站隱私、安全和無障礙建設,重視發(fā)展移動服務,充分利用社交媒體。
[Abstract]:This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the information resources construction and information services of 50 state government portals in the United States, and puts forward some enlightenment to the construction and service of information resources of government websites in our country, including focusing on the needs of users and paying attention to the privacy of websites. Safety and accessibility, attach importance to the development of mobile services, make full use of social media.
