[Abstract]:"with the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing scarcity of land resources, China is forced to allocate resources for the dinner table of 1.3 billion people worldwide." This is businessman Zhang Renwu's intuitive view of the Chinese going abroad to farm land. Whether a piece of 6.2 million square kilometers of land is a lonely "forgotten orphan" or "you'll never find such a piece of land on earth" depends on the role of the narrator. The first sentence is the comments of the people of the Russian far East Federal District on their homeland, while the latter is described by Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Plenipotentiary of the President in the far East Federal District Plenipotentiary Trutnev.
