【摘要】：“精英”是一個傳統(tǒng)的政治學和社會學概念,現在有許多俄羅斯學者以及西方學者使用“精英”概念研究原社會主義國家的權力演變問題。一般人們所指的“精英階層”主要是指那些掌握社會權力、能夠影響國家政策、左右政局的政界商界頭面人物以及由這些人所組成的社會群體。 本文從以下四個角度對俄羅斯社會精英做一分析研究: 第一章闡述的是精英理論的產生、發(fā)展及主要思想。主要從以下幾個角度進行論述:“精英”一詞的來源及演變;精英的形成;精英理論的基本命題;精英-大眾兩分法以及俄羅斯精英學的研究狀況與俄羅斯國內對本國精英的認識與分析。 第二章探討的是俄羅斯社會精英的來源問題。90年代以來俄羅斯政治發(fā)生了制度性的根本轉變,按照政治的一般規(guī)律,社會精英階層也應隨之徹底更新。俄羅斯政壇,好象出現了一些“新面孔”。然而同過去相比,俄羅斯精英層的核心以及權力的性質并沒有改變,蘇共老權貴也未受到很大的沖擊,相反卻很快的適應了新形勢,順利的獲得了新生。 第三章將俄羅斯社會精英分成政治精英、商界精英與寡頭、金融工業(yè)集團、地區(qū)精英、外交精英和知識分子幾個范疇進行分析,從而探討俄羅斯社會精英究竟是代表誰的利益、在社會中起到什么作用。 第四章研究的內容是俄羅斯社會精英的命運與俄羅斯社會的未來。希望能夠通過上面的分析研究對俄羅斯社會精英的發(fā)展與俄羅斯社會的未來發(fā)展狀況做一前瞻。
[Abstract]:"Elite" is a traditional concept of political science and sociology. Nowadays, many Russian and Western scholars use the concept of "Elite" to study the evolution of power in the former socialist countries. The "elite" in general refers mainly to the political and business leaders who have the power to influence national policy and the political situation, as well as the social groups made up of these people. This paper makes an analysis and research on the Russian social elite from the following four angles: the first chapter describes the emergence, development and main ideas of the elite theory. Mainly from the following angles: the origin and evolution of the word "elite", the formation of elite, the basic proposition of elite theory; The meritocracy-mass dichotomy, the research situation of Russian elitist and the understanding and analysis of the elite in Russia. The second chapter discusses the source of the Russian social elite. Since the 1990s, Russian politics has undergone a fundamental institutional change. According to the general law of politics, the social elite should be thoroughly updated. Some new faces appear in Russian politics. However, compared with the past, the core of the Russian elite and the nature of power did not change, the old Soviet Communist Party did not suffer a great impact, on the contrary, quickly adapted to the new situation, and successfully gained a new life. The third chapter divides the Russian social elites into political elites, business elites and oligarchs, financial and industrial groups, regional elites, diplomatic elites and intellectuals, so as to explore whose interests the elite of Russian society represents. What role does it play in society? The fourth chapter studies the fate of Russian social elite and the future of Russian society. It is hoped that the development of Russian social elite and the future development of Russian society can be forecasted through the above analysis and research.
