【摘要】：在創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展的背景下,開始出現(xiàn)政府創(chuàng)新管理這一概念,它是科技創(chuàng)新管理理論的延伸與拓展。本文在梳理政府創(chuàng)新管理理論內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了美國(guó)聯(lián)邦政府在創(chuàng)新管理方面呈現(xiàn)的新趨勢(shì)和特點(diǎn),從而提煉出對(duì)我國(guó)政府創(chuàng)新管理的若干啟示。
[Abstract]:Under the background of innovation-driven development, the concept of government innovation management has emerged, which is the extension and extension of the theory of sci-tech innovation management. On the basis of combing the connotation of the theory of government innovation management, this paper analyzes the new trend and characteristics of the federal government in the field of innovation management in the United States, thus abstracting some enlightenment to the government innovation management of our country.
