【摘要】：正當(dāng)大規(guī)模使用化石燃料的資本主義仍然是占主導(dǎo)地位的體制時(shí),人類能夠阻止氣候變化嗎?為了避免全球變暖最糟糕的后果,我們能做些什么,或者改變些什么呢?2009年,荷蘭海牙社會(huì)研究所主辦的《發(fā)展與變化》(Development and Change)期刊邀請(qǐng)了西方學(xué)界持各種立場(chǎng)的代表性學(xué)者發(fā)表觀點(diǎn)。本文對(duì)這些文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的歸納。從

In 2009 , the Journal of Development and Change , sponsored by the Netherlands Institute of Social Studies , invited representative scholars from Western academic circles to hold various positions .
