[Abstract]:The year 2015 is destined to be an uneasy year for South Africa: since the beginning of the year, as a result of power shortages, the South African National Power Company has had to implement "power cuts" across the country, and people are complaining about this in late February. Hundreds of secret letters from South African intelligence agencies startled the internet, triggering the world's biggest leak since the Snowden scandal, a month after the xenophobic riots pushed South Africa back to the forefront.
