【摘要】：自2011年3月吳登盛領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的新政府執(zhí)政以來,著力調(diào)整內(nèi)外政策,迅速開啟了"變革"之門。對內(nèi),統(tǒng)治緬甸40多年的軍政府逐步向文官政府交權(quán),工作重心開始轉(zhuǎn)向經(jīng)濟改革。對外,積極融入東盟,同西方國家關(guān)系出現(xiàn)重大"突破"。對華,堅持睦鄰友好,兩國關(guān)系穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。但緬甸的民主改革不會一蹴而就,還有不少問題有待解決,任何操之過急的期待或行為,恐將適得其反。
[Abstract]:Since Thein Sein's new government came to power in March 2011, efforts have been made to reorient domestic and foreign policies and quickly open the door to change. Internally, Burma's more than 40-year military government gradually handed over power to the civilian government and began to shift its focus to economic reform. External, active integration with ASEAN, relations with Western countries have made a major "breakthrough." We should adhere to good neighborliness and friendship with China, and the relations between the two countries will develop steadily. But democratic reform in Myanmar will not happen overnight, there are still many problems to be solved, any urgent expectations or actions will be counterproductive.
