【摘要】：正近日,法國(guó)國(guó)民議會(huì)以壓倒性多數(shù)投票通過(guò)又名《情報(bào)法》的反恐新法案,旨在更新情報(bào)部門(mén)的工作方式,使其更加現(xiàn)代化,同時(shí),進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化應(yīng)對(duì)數(shù)字社會(huì)各種威脅的能力。自2 0 1 5年1月初法國(guó)《查理周刊》的恐怖襲擊案之后,法國(guó)政府不斷加強(qiáng)安保措施和反恐情報(bào)的收集。近日通過(guò)的《情報(bào)法》對(duì)情報(bào)機(jī)關(guān)實(shí)施監(jiān)控給予更多授權(quán)。據(jù)悉,該法案確定了法國(guó)情報(bào)機(jī)關(guān)的職責(zé),并將成立一個(gè)獨(dú)立的行政機(jī)構(gòu)"情報(bào)
[Abstract]:Recently, the French National Assembly voted overwhelmingly to pass a new anti-terrorism bill, also known as the Intelligence Act, aimed at updating and modernizing the working methods of the intelligence services. We will further strengthen our ability to deal with various threats to the digital society. Since the terrorist attack in the French weekly Charlie Hebdo in early January 2005, the French government has continuously strengthened security measures and the collection of anti-terrorism intelligence. The recently passed Intelligence Act gives more authority to intelligence agencies to carry out surveillance. It is reported that the bill defines the responsibilities of the French intelligence service and will establish an independent administrative agency "intelligence."
