【摘要】：日本的外國(guó)移民管理機(jī)制比較完善,形成了以《出入境管理及難民認(rèn)定法》和《住民基本臺(tái)賬法》等法律為基礎(chǔ)的法律法規(guī)體系和以法務(wù)省、外務(wù)省、厚生勞動(dòng)省等部門為核心的行政管理體系。日本在外國(guó)移民管理方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富,一些做法值得中國(guó)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Japan's foreign immigration management mechanism is relatively perfect. It has formed a legal and regulatory system based on laws such as the Law on Immigration Administration and Refugee Identification and the Law on basic accounts for residents, as well as the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ministry of Health, Labor and other departments as the core of the administrative management system. Japan has rich experience in foreign immigration management, and some practices are worthy of China's reference.
