【摘要】：文章通過對有關(guān)巴西政府數(shù)據(jù)開放的文獻資料與網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容調(diào)查,獲取原始材料并進行內(nèi)容的概括和分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)巴西聯(lián)邦政府的數(shù)據(jù)開放具有制定了完善的政策法規(guī)、擁有詳細的政府數(shù)據(jù)開放標準與流程、廣泛吸引社會公眾參與、積極開展國際合作等特點,值得我國的政府數(shù)據(jù)開放在政府頂層設(shè)計、吸引社會民眾參與以及挖掘數(shù)據(jù)價值等方面借鑒。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the literature and website content about the Brazilian government data opening, the paper obtains the original materials and carries on the summary and the analysis of the content. The study found that the data openness of the Brazilian federal government has the characteristics of making perfect policies and regulations, having detailed standards and processes of government data opening, attracting the participation of the public and actively developing international cooperation, etc. It is worthy of our country's government data opening design at the top of the government, attracting the participation of the public and mining the data value and so on.
