【摘要】：正荷蘭國家警察歸屬安全與司法部管轄,現(xiàn)有63000名警員,警察和人口的比例達1:340,在世界各國警察與人口比排名中處于中等水平。荷蘭警察擁有十分充足的經(jīng)費保障,其平均年度預(yù)算高達50億歐元以上。作為荷蘭警察的教育和知識中心,荷蘭警察學院承擔著本國警察的招募、教育與培訓(xùn)等職責,在荷蘭警察界具有十分重要的地位。一、學院概況荷蘭警察學院成立于1992年,是一個全國性質(zhì)的應(yīng)用科學型學院,地位受到歐盟認可。其主要承擔如下任務(wù):一是確定荷蘭警
