【摘要】：韓國(guó)老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)在2005年制定的《低出生老齡社會(huì)基本法》、2006年制定的《老齡親和產(chǎn)業(yè)振興法》及2007年制定的《老人長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)法》后取得較快發(fā)展。隨著老年人口的增加,老年人對(duì)老齡產(chǎn)品的需求隨之增加。與此同時(shí),保障老年人收入的公共年金1制度趨于完善,提高了對(duì)老年用品的購(gòu)買力。實(shí)行老人長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)制度2后,老年人可以以低廉的價(jià)格購(gòu)買或租賃老年用品,促使老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模逐步擴(kuò)大。值得注意的是,隨著戰(zhàn)后嬰兒潮時(shí)期出生人口進(jìn)入老年期,對(duì)保健福利服務(wù)的需求逐漸多樣化,購(gòu)買力水平也比以前提高,這將會(huì)促進(jìn)韓國(guó)老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Korea's aging industry developed rapidly after the basic Law of low birth and Old Age Society in 2005, the Affinity Industry Revitalization Act of 2006 and the long term Care Insurance Law for the elderly in 2007. With the increase of the elderly population, the demand for aged products increases. At the same time, the public annuity system to protect the income of the elderly tends to perfect, and increases the purchasing power of the articles for the elderly. After the implementation of the long term nursing insurance system for the elderly, the elderly can buy or rent the aged articles at a low price, which promotes the gradual expansion of the aged industry. It is worth noting that as the postwar baby boom population enters the old age, the demand for health and welfare services is gradually diversified and the purchasing power level is higher than before, which will promote the development of Korea's aging industry.
