【摘要】：正韓國(guó)推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展最突出的特點(diǎn)就是綜合資源貧乏,"人多地少"和城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展失衡的矛盾突出,在政府的主導(dǎo)與積極支持下,通過強(qiáng)有力的宏觀調(diào)控與宣傳活動(dòng),推行了一場(chǎng)自上而下的鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型運(yùn)動(dòng)。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的背景與韓國(guó)當(dāng)年有許多類似之處,因此,總結(jié)他們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可為我國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)
[Abstract]:The most prominent characteristics of promoting rural transformation and development in South Korea are the lack of comprehensive resources, the contradiction between "more people and less land" and the imbalance between urban and rural development. Under the leadership and active support of the government, strong macro-control and propaganda activities are adopted. Carried out a top-down rural development transformation movement. At present, there are many similarities between the background of promoting rural transformation and development in China and that of Korea. Therefore, summing up their experiences can help our country to transform rural economy and society.
