【摘要】： 福利國家是20世紀(jì)民主社會(huì)主義所取得的最大成就。這為我們解讀民主社會(huì)主義或者福利國家提供了視角。民主社會(huì)主義是一種政治信仰、價(jià)值取向，福利國家制度則是一種政策實(shí)踐、制度安排，，作為對(duì)資本主義的改良理論和改良實(shí)踐，民主社會(huì)主義與福利國家制度在戰(zhàn)后緊緊地走在一起。本論文討論了民主社會(huì)主義與福利國家制度的內(nèi)在關(guān)系的歷史沿革，研究它們的互動(dòng)模式和機(jī)制，并通過這個(gè)側(cè)面分析它們的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 本文分為導(dǎo)論，正文和結(jié)論三個(gè)部分。 導(dǎo)論部分闡述了論文選題的意義。 正文分為三部分： 第一部分回顧了福利國家的由來與含義，論述了社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)與福利國家的關(guān)系，探討了理論嬗變后的民主社會(huì)主義選擇福利國家制度這一政策模式的必然性。 第二部分闡述了民主社會(huì)主義政黨踐行福利國家制度取得的成績(jī)，以《法蘭克福宣言》和《歌德斯堡綱領(lǐng)》為基點(diǎn)探討福利國家制度的實(shí)施對(duì)民主社會(huì)主義理論嬗變的影響，最后分析了“共識(shí)政治”在實(shí)施福利國家制度中的作用。 第三部分論述了科技革命和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化給民主社會(huì)主義和福利國家?guī)淼木骄�，民主社�?huì)主義由此嬗變?yōu)椤暗谌龡l道路”，福利國家則轉(zhuǎn)型為“社會(huì)投資國家”，社會(huì)民主黨在改革福利國家的過程中，執(zhí)行倒向大資本的政策，使之再次陷入困境。 結(jié)論部分總結(jié)了民主社會(huì)主義與福利國家之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系和演變軌跡，展望了它們的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:The welfare state was the greatest achievement of democratic socialism in the 20 th century. This provides a perspective for us to interpret democratic socialism or welfare state. Democratic socialism is a kind of political belief, value orientation, welfare state system is a kind of policy practice, institutional arrangement, as the theory and practice of the improvement of capitalism, The democratic socialism and the welfare state system are closely together after the war. This paper discusses the historical evolution of the internal relationship between democratic socialism and welfare state system, studies their interactive models and mechanisms, and analyzes their development trends through this aspect. This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction part expounds the significance of the selected topic of the thesis. The text is divided into three parts: The first part reviews the origin and meaning of the welfare state, discusses the relationship between the socialist movement and the welfare state, and probes into the inevitability of the policy model of democratic socialism choosing the welfare state system after the theoretical evolution. The second part expounds the achievements of democratic socialist political parties in the practice of welfare state system, and discusses the influence of the implementation of welfare state system on the evolution of democratic socialism theory based on the Frankfurt Declaration and the Goedersberg Programme. Finally, it analyzes the role of consensus politics in the implementation of welfare state system. The third part discusses the dilemma brought by the scientific and technological revolution and economic globalization to the democratic socialism and the welfare state, from which democratic socialism changes into the "third way", and the welfare state is transformed into the "social investment state". The Social Democratic Party, in its reform of the welfare state, pursued a capital-oriented policy that put it back into trouble. The conclusion summarizes the internal relationship and evolution between democratic socialism and welfare state, and looks forward to their development prospects.
