【摘要】： 車臣危機具有深刻的歷史根源，但是導致其產(chǎn)生危機的直接原因卻來自現(xiàn)實。實際上， 正是車臣民族的部分精英人物或者集團為了追求更大的經(jīng)濟和政治利益，以民族主義為號 召，利用蘇聯(lián)衰落、混亂，俄羅斯挑戰(zhàn)蘇聯(lián)中央權威以及蘇聯(lián)最終解體的時機，挑戰(zhàn)俄羅 斯中央的主權；而剛剛經(jīng)歷民族分離和分裂的俄羅斯則對于主權和國家統(tǒng)一已經(jīng)非常敏感， 因此沖突不可避免。可以說，導致蘇聯(lián)解體的那些因素也是導致車臣危機的重要原因，，車 臣危機是蘇聯(lián)解體的伴生物，甚至也是蘇聯(lián)解體的一部分。在車臣由政治危機發(fā)展為俄羅 斯與車臣的大規(guī)模武裝沖突的過程中，俄羅斯政府犯了嚴重的錯誤；同時，俄羅斯政府與 車臣領導人都錯過了實現(xiàn)政治妥協(xié)的最佳時機，從而導致了悲劇性的后果。 車臣危機折射出了蘇聯(lián)解體以后俄羅斯國家的復雜的民族、社會狀況；而俄羅斯軍隊 在車臣的挫折，以及俄羅斯在車臣危機與戰(zhàn)爭中付出的代價，是蘇聯(lián)解體以來俄羅斯民族 遭受的苦難的縮影。
[Abstract]:The Chechen crisis has profound historical roots, but the direct cause of the crisis comes from reality. In fact, It is part of the Chechen elite or clique that, in pursuit of greater economic and political interests, takes nationalism as its name. Call, take advantage of the decline of the Soviet Union, chaos, Russia challenges the central authority of the Soviet Union and the eventual collapse of the Soviet Union, the opportunity to challenge Russia The sovereignty of the Central Committee of Sri Lanka; and Russia, which has just experienced national separation and division, is already very sensitive to sovereignty and national reunification. So conflict is inevitable. It can be said that the factors that led to the collapse of the Soviet Union were also the major causes of the Chechen crisis. The crisis was associated with the collapse of the Soviet Union and even part of the disintegration of the Soviet Union. From political crisis to Russia in Chechnya In the course of the large-scale armed conflict between Russia and Chechnya, the Russian government has made serious mistakes; at the same time, the Russian government and the Russian government have made serious mistakes.
