【摘要】：正社會保障制度是保障人民生活、調(diào)節(jié)社會分配的一項基本制度,是社會文明進(jìn)步的重要標(biāo)志。黨的十八大明確要求"統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)社會保障體系建設(shè)",為此,需要建立相應(yīng)的統(tǒng)計制度反映進(jìn)展情況。通過建立社會保障統(tǒng)計框架和指標(biāo)體系,研究社會保障資金的籌集、分配和使用情況,為政府制定和調(diào)整社會保障政策提供統(tǒng)計支持。開展社會保障統(tǒng)計還可以
[Abstract]:Positive social security system is a basic system to protect people's life and regulate social distribution. It is an important symbol of the progress of social civilization. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) explicitly requires "promoting the construction of social security system in urban and rural areas as a whole", therefore, it is necessary to establish a corresponding statistical system to reflect the progress. Through the establishment of social security statistical framework and index system, the paper studies the collection, distribution and use of social security funds, and provides statistical support for the government to formulate and adjust social security policies.
