【摘要】：俄羅斯聯(lián)邦行政申訴制度相當(dāng)于我國的行政復(fù)議制度,它脫胎于俄羅斯聯(lián)邦的行政司法制度,在立法上依附于請愿制度,通過相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的聯(lián)邦法典建立起基本的制度框架。近年來俄聯(lián)邦的行政申訴制度有所發(fā)展,但完成獨立依然是其面臨的重要任務(wù),同時必須解決行政申訴制度與行政訴訟制度的關(guān)系問題以及不同行政管理領(lǐng)域申訴制度的統(tǒng)一問題。
[Abstract]:The administrative appeal system of the Russian Federation is equivalent to the administrative reconsideration system of our country. It is born out of the administrative judicial system of the Russian Federation, is dependent on the petition system in legislation, and establishes the basic institutional framework through the relevant federal code of law.In recent years, the administrative appeal system of the Russian Federation has developed somewhat, but the completion of independence is still an important task facing the Russian Federation.At the same time, the relationship between the administrative appeal system and the administrative litigation system and the unification of the appeal system in different administrative fields must be solved.
