【摘要】：韓國與中國一衣帶水，是友好鄰邦。韓國政府從1970年起正式開展新村運動，在改善農(nóng)村生活環(huán)境，激發(fā)農(nóng)民開發(fā)熱情，改變農(nóng)村社會結(jié)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)農(nóng)民觀念革新，增加農(nóng)民收入等方面取得了很大成果。 中國在2005年才正式提出新農(nóng)村建設(shè)，起步較晚。通過與韓國新村運動的相互比較就會發(fā)現(xiàn)，兩國在農(nóng)村建設(shè)內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)和社會背景等方面有諸多共性，但也有顯著的個性。因此，研究韓國新村運動的經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn)，，對現(xiàn)階段的中國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)無疑具有借鑒意義。 本文通過文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較研究法和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法，分析了韓國新村運動的背景、發(fā)展階段、內(nèi)容、成果和局限性。同時，也歸納分析了中國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的提出過程、具體內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展階段、實踐模式和內(nèi)容，以便同韓國進(jìn)行比較分析，進(jìn)而提出韓國新村運動給中國的啟示，為中國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)提供有價值的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:South Korea and China a strip of water, is a friendly neighbor.Since 1970, the Korean government has officially launched the New Village Movement, which has made great achievements in improving the rural living environment, arousing farmers' enthusiasm for development, changing the rural social structure, promoting the innovation of farmers' ideas, and increasing peasants' income.China only formally proposed the new rural construction in 2005, starting late.By comparing with the New Village Movement in South Korea, we can find that the two countries have many commonalities in rural construction content, goal and social background, but they also have remarkable individuality.Therefore, studying the experiences and lessons of Korean New Village Movement will undoubtedly have reference significance for the construction of new countryside in China at the present stage.Through literature analysis, comparative research and data statistics, this paper analyzes the background, development stage, content, achievements and limitations of the Korean New Village Movement.At the same time, it also sums up and analyzes the process, specific connotation, development stage, practice mode and content of the new rural construction in China, so as to compare and analyze with South Korea, and then put forward the enlightenment of the Korean New Village Movement to China.To provide a valuable reference for the construction of new rural areas in China.
