【摘要】：人類社會生產(chǎn)力迅速擴張的后工業(yè)時代,西歐及其他發(fā)達國家的人民生活水平普遍提高,社會階層結(jié)構(gòu)當(dāng)中以中產(chǎn)階級為主體。社會福利和社會保障制度相對完善,社會公眾不用再擔(dān)心生存與生活問題,于是關(guān)注點不再局限于個人利益。隨著生產(chǎn)的擴大和工業(yè)污染、核污染和生態(tài)失衡,發(fā)達國家部分群眾對追逐利潤和市場的現(xiàn)代資本主義制度產(chǎn)生懷疑,尋求一種符合整個生態(tài)的社會變革道路,產(chǎn)生了生態(tài)政治學(xué)和以其為指導(dǎo)理論的綠色政治運動,這些政治組織進一步發(fā)展成為當(dāng)今國際社會頗具影響力的綠黨。在歐洲綠黨興起和發(fā)展過程當(dāng)中,任何一項因素都不是孤立的,各方面因素互相交織,相互影響才促成了今天綠黨和綠色政治的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。本文將從歷史文化和社會背景入手,分析歐洲綠黨興起的條件,組織發(fā)展過程,思想綱領(lǐng)的演變,以及對當(dāng)代中國實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的借鑒意義。經(jīng)過三十余年的改革開放,中國取得了舉世矚目的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)成就,但同時面臨著諸如嚴(yán)峻的生態(tài)威脅,隨著人口的增長與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、資源與環(huán)境的矛盾也日益嚴(yán)峻。中國共產(chǎn)黨于2007年在黨的十七大報告當(dāng)中提出“建設(shè)生態(tài)文明”的全新政治指導(dǎo)理念,這將成為中國社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的重要指導(dǎo)思想。
[Abstract]:With the rapid expansion of human social productivity in the post-industrial era, the living standards of the people in Western Europe and other developed countries have generally improved, and the middle class is the main body in the social stratum structure.The social welfare and social security system is relatively perfect, the social public does not have to worry about survival and life, so the focus is no longer limited to personal interests.With the expansion of production and industrial pollution, nuclear pollution and ecological imbalances, some people in developed countries have become suspicious of the modern capitalist system, which pursues profits and markets, and have sought a path of social change that is compatible with the whole ecology.Ecological politics and the green political movement guided by ecological politics have been produced, and these political organizations have further developed into the influential Green Party in the international community.In the process of the rise and development of the Green Party in Europe, none of the factors is isolated, and the various factors are intertwined each other, which has contributed to the development of the Green Party and green politics today.Starting with the historical, cultural and social background, this paper analyzes the conditions for the rise of the Green Party in Europe, the process of organization and development, the evolution of the ideological program, and the significance of reference to the realization of sustainable development in contemporary China.After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in economic construction, but at the same time it is facing serious ecological threats. With the growth of population and economic development, the contradiction between resources and environment is becoming increasingly severe.In the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2007, the Communist Party of China put forward the new political guiding idea of "building ecological civilization", which will become an important guiding ideology of China's socialist construction.
