【摘要】：近代以來(lái),俄羅斯歷史發(fā)展的主題一直是追趕西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家的現(xiàn)代化,但俄羅斯的現(xiàn)代化之路一直是片面的、扭曲的。在此次金融危機(jī)的打擊下,俄羅斯下決心要改變現(xiàn)代化的傳統(tǒng)做法,走新型的現(xiàn)代化之路。俄羅斯現(xiàn)代化新戰(zhàn)略是梅德韋杰夫提出來(lái),普京重返克里姆林宮后實(shí)際上也在實(shí)施這一戰(zhàn)略。俄羅斯走新型的現(xiàn)代化之路是吸取本國(guó)歷史教訓(xùn)的結(jié)果,也是適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展潮流的戰(zhàn)略選擇,實(shí)質(zhì)是在推進(jìn)國(guó)家民主政治建設(shè)、尊重公民權(quán)力的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家的全面現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, the theme of Russia's historical development has been to catch up with the western developed countries and realize the modernization of the country, but the road of Russia's modernization has always been one-sided and distorted.Hit by the financial crisis, Russia is determined to change the traditional way of modernization and take a new way of modernization.Russia's new strategy for modernisation was put forward by Mr Medvedev, and Mr Putin's return to the Kremlin is actually taking place.Russia's new way of modernization is the result of drawing lessons from its own history and a strategic choice adapted to the trend of development of the times. In essence, Russia is developing an innovative economy on the basis of promoting the construction of national democratic politics and respecting the rights of citizens.To realize the overall modernization of the country.
