試析全球化與民族國家關(guān)系中的悖論

【摘要】: 自人類社會進(jìn)入信息時代以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化的跨國界交往日益活躍和頻繁。全球化呈現(xiàn)出空前的速度、廣度和深度。這種復(fù)雜過程要求更多的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和管理。于是,更多的超國家組織、次國家組織應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。原本擁有絕對、唯一主權(quán)的民族國家,在這種網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的全球治理興起后,雖然仍作為國際政治中一個重要主體而存在,但是其傳統(tǒng)的權(quán)威地位受到了巨大沖擊;原有的職能也或增或減,發(fā)生了重大改變。并且,維系民族國家的許多精神與文化特質(zhì),諸如傳統(tǒng)、語言、文字和物質(zhì)的、非物質(zhì)的文化遺產(chǎn)等,也在交往融合中面臨著邊緣化甚至喪失的危險。在這種重要的時代大轉(zhuǎn)型時期,全球化與民族國家之間的關(guān)系成為人們思考、探索未來社會發(fā)展道路的一項意義深遠(yuǎn)的重大課題。 回顧歷史,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)全球化與民族國家之間存在著千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系,其中的悖論更是引入深思。早期的全球化與民族國家之間存在悖論,早期兩者之間的關(guān)系與當(dāng)代兩者之間的關(guān)系存在悖論,并且當(dāng)代全球化與民族國家關(guān)系之中也存在種種悖論。全球化與民族國家正是在相互推動與相互牽制中一路走來。本文在第一部分對全球化、國家、悖論作了清晰的界定。第二部分闡述了馬克思主義創(chuàng)立者的全球化視野和民族化理論。第三部分重點探求了早期全球化與民族國家關(guān)系中的悖論。論文指出,早期全球化既存在“全球化與民族國家的相互促進(jìn)”,也存在“擴(kuò)張與衰落,壓迫與復(fù)興”的悖論。第四部分論述了當(dāng)代全球化與民族國家關(guān)系中的悖論,闡釋了“全球治理與國家權(quán)威”、“全球化與國家職能”和“普遍價值認(rèn)同的要求與民族文化的保護(hù)”三個問題。第五部分論述了全球化與中國的和平崛起,論證了立足民族振興,建構(gòu)和諧世界的合理性和必要性。論文試圖通過悖論的思維方式更好地認(rèn)識全球化與民族國家間的關(guān)系,以期從中求得歷史進(jìn)程中的某些規(guī)律性因素。 全球化與民族國家關(guān)系中的悖論給予我們深刻的啟示:全球化與民族國家之間存在的種種悖論是歷史進(jìn)程中出現(xiàn)的客觀結(jié)果,蘊(yùn)含了世界“和而不同”的深刻內(nèi)涵。在全球化進(jìn)程中也存在由于國家、民族和人性的“自利”而產(chǎn)生的不利于人的全面發(fā)展和人類社會總體進(jìn)步的因素。在這個全球化與民族國家矛盾糾結(jié)的時刻,在這個全球化與民族國家都有其存在必要性和合理性而同時人類又未能對未來美好生活達(dá)成最終共識的時刻,正如馬克思、列寧、毛澤東、鄧小平以及當(dāng)代中國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人等一百多年來一再清醒認(rèn)識的那樣,以世界各民族的獨立和自強(qiáng)作為推動有利于全人類的全球化的重要條件,應(yīng)該是我們應(yīng)對全球化的正確戰(zhàn)略選擇。對于中國來說,我們必須堅持以前輩們的正確理論為指導(dǎo),做到“立足民族振興,構(gòu)建和諧世界”,在維護(hù)中華民族的利益的同時也推動全人類的和諧共存。
[Abstract]:Since the human society entered the information age, economic, political and cultural exchanges across national boundaries have become increasingly active and frequent.Globalization presents unprecedented speed, breadth and depth.This complex process requires more communication, coordination and management.As a result, more supranational organizations, sub-state organizations came into being.After the rise of this kind of network global governance, the nation state, which originally had absolute and sole sovereignty, still existed as an important subject in international politics, but its traditional authoritative position was greatly impacted.The original functions were also increased or decreased, and a major change took place.Moreover, many spiritual and cultural characteristics, such as tradition, language, writing and material, intangible cultural heritage, which support the nation-state, are also facing the risk of marginalization or even loss in the process of communication and integration.In this important period of great transformation, the relationship between globalization and nation-state has become a significant topic for people to think about and explore the way of social development in the future.Looking back on history, we find that there are inextricably links between globalization and nation-state, and the paradox is even more thought-provoking.There are paradoxes between the early globalization and the nation-state, the relationship between the early two and the contemporary one, and there are also various paradoxes in the relationship between the contemporary globalization and the nation-state.Globalization and nation-state are all along the way in pushing and restraining each other.In the first part of this paper, a clear definition of globalization, state, paradox.The second part expounds the globalization vision and nationalization theory of the founder of Marxism.The third part focuses on the paradox in the relationship between early globalization and nation-state.The paper points out that the early globalization had the paradox of "globalization and the mutual promotion of nation-state" and "expansion and decline, oppression and renaissance".The fourth part discusses the paradox in the relationship between contemporary globalization and nation-state, and explains three problems: "Global Governance and State Authority", "Globalization and State function" and "the requirement of Universal value identity and the Protection of National Culture".The fifth part discusses globalization and the peaceful rise of China, and demonstrates the rationality and necessity of building a harmonious world based on national rejuvenation.This paper attempts to better understand the relationship between globalization and nation-states through the paradoxical way of thinking in order to find out some regular factors in the course of history.The paradox in the relationship between globalization and nation-state gives us profound enlightenment: the paradox between globalization and nation-state is the objective result of the historical process and contains the profound connotation of "harmony but difference" in the world.In the process of globalization, there are also factors which are not conducive to the overall development of human beings and the overall progress of human society because of the "self-interest" of nation, nation and human nature.At this time of conflict between globalization and nation-state, at a time when globalization and nation-state have their own necessity and rationality while human beings fail to reach a final consensus on a better life in the future, as Marx, Lenin,Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and contemporary Chinese leaders have repeatedly and soberly realized for more than a hundred years that the independence and self-improvement of all ethnic groups in the world are the important conditions for promoting globalization that is beneficial to all mankind.It should be the right strategic choice for us to deal with globalization.For China, we must adhere to the guidance of the correct theory of our predecessors, "based on the rejuvenation of the nation, build a harmonious world", while safeguarding the interests of the Chinese nation, but also promote the harmonious coexistence of all mankind.
