【摘要】：本文回顧了自中柬建交以來中國(guó)對(duì)柬埔寨援助的歷史與背景,分析了中國(guó)對(duì)柬埔寨援助的特征,針對(duì)中國(guó)援助柬埔寨的援助重點(diǎn)、援助主體、援助項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等問題,提出了加強(qiáng)惠及民生項(xiàng)目的援助力度,鼓勵(lì)中國(guó)私營(yíng)企業(yè)和非政府組織(NGO)的參與,加強(qiáng)國(guó)情調(diào)研,并制定援柬長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃等政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the history and background of China's aid to Cambodia since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia, analyzes the characteristics of China's aid to Cambodia, and aims at such problems as China's aid to Cambodia, the main body of aid, the evaluation criteria of aid projects, and so on. Some policy suggestions, such as strengthening the aid to benefit the people's livelihood projects, encouraging the participation of Chinese private enterprises and non-governmental organizations (NGO), strengthening the investigation and research of the national conditions, and formulating the long-term plan for Cambodia are put forward.
