【摘要】：對(duì)民生問題的關(guān)注與重視,是黨執(zhí)政理念的重要轉(zhuǎn)變,也是我國(guó)快速發(fā)展、文明進(jìn)步的顯著標(biāo)志。解決民生問題,除了要對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外財(cái)政投入解決民生理論的發(fā)展及其相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究以外,還需要借鑒國(guó)外財(cái)政投入解決民生問題的好的做法,文章從德國(guó)財(cái)政投入解決民生問題的視角出發(fā),論述了其在解決民生問題中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示。
[Abstract]:The attention and attention to the livelihood of the people is an important change of the Party's ruling concept and a remarkable symbol of the rapid development and civilization progress of our country. In addition to the research on the development and the relationship between domestic and foreign financial investment to solve people's livelihood problems, we also need to draw lessons from the good practices of foreign financial investment to solve livelihood problems. This article starts from the perspective of German financial investment to solve livelihood problems. This paper discusses its experience and enlightenment in solving the problems of people's livelihood.
