【摘要】：從1948年到2011年,規(guī)范日本政治捐款制度的《政治資金規(guī)正法》歷經(jīng)了多次修改,但對政治捐款數(shù)量的限制保留了1975年第1次修改時的標準。派閥和政治家仍然能夠通過多種迂回途徑獲得企業(yè)團體捐款。政治宴會作為變相的政治捐款受法律制約較小,成為最有效的收集政治資金方式。日本政治捐款制度改革之所以原地轉(zhuǎn)圈主要是因為日本型民主制度的先天性缺陷。
[Abstract]:From 1948 to 2011, the "political Fund Regulation Law", which regulates Japan's political donation system, has been revised many times. But the limits on the number of political donations remain the same as they were in 1975, when they were first revised. Political banquets, as disguised political donations, are still subject to less legal constraints, as they are still able to obtain corporate group donations through a variety of circuitous channels. As the most effective way to collect political funds, the reform of Japanese political donation system is mainly due to the inherent defects of Japan's democratic system.
